Proactive Search – In the event there is little inventory of homes that match your search criteria, I will reach out to homeowners who have homes that fit your criteria as they may want to sell.
Determining Offer Price – Depending on market conditions, the likelihood of your offer being accepted may very well depend on your offer price.

Writing the Offer – My goal is to get your preferred home on your terms (such as closing dates, price, earnest money, etc). We will strategize on your custom offer plan.
Negotiating with Sellers – The sellers may accept your offer, reject your offer, or present a counteroffer. In the third option, I look forward to negotiating with the seller and listing agent on your behalf.
